She Prays

Created to encourage women walking with God, where faith meets everyday life, fitness, and reflection.

My Blog

The body is a servant, not a master. When it is yielded to God, it becomes an instrument of worship.

 What This Platform Is About

A faith-centred space for women walking with God offering encouragement, reflection, and steady growth grounded in everyday life.

Fasting, fitness, and food appear as practices of stewardship and discipline, not as ends in themselves. Alongside them are reflections on Scripture, books, films, and lived moments that draw the heart back to Christ.

Walking Faithfully, Living Intentionally

This is a faith-centred space for women who desire a steady, disciplined walk with God. It explores intentional living through practices like food, fasting, and fitness—not as trends, but as acts of stewardship and obedience.

Wellness here is not about performance or appearance. It’s about caring for body and spirit with wisdom, restraint, and grace—free from shame or extremes. Alongside this, you’ll find biblical encouragement, reflections on Scripture, books, films, and everyday life, all pointing back to Christ.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.
